Nipun Vaid has almost two decades of experience including as a partner with a leading full-service law firm in India and as the group head of mergers and acquisitions for an Indian multinational company (MNC). She is a graduate of the National Law School of India University and is enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi.Nipun has acted for several conglomerates, private equity and venture capital funds, and other segment leaders. She has assisted her clients navigate investments, acquisitions, divestment, corporate reorganizations, dispute avoidance and management, contract drafting, negotiation and templatisation, and compliance upkeep.Her experience spans across pharmaceuticals and healthcare, banking financial services and insurance (BFSI), telecom, software as a service (SaaS), infrastructure, energy including renewable energy, quick service restaurants, manpower management, payments bank including closed loop prepaid instruments, and aviation sectors.Nipun has been consistently recognised as a "Notable Practitioner" by IFLR1000.Nipun was included in the "40 under 40 Achiever's List" by BW Legal World in 2021.She has also received recognition for work in corporate M&A by The Legal500 in 2024.
